Yes, I’m still training for the marathon. This was the “18-mile tune up” (that’s 29 km): 3 times up Harlem Great Hill and 3 times up Cat Hill (that’s a 2,165 ft/660 m elevation gain).
And yes, I’m still supporting Doctors without Borders/Medecins sans Frontieres. This is the final stretch: I need to get to my fundraising goal of $3000 by October 25th. Doctors without Borders is an amazing organization (I’ve met some of the NYC people and they are so awesome) that has made an impact on the world biggest crises, from the Ebola epidemic in West Africa to the Syrian refugees crisis.
